Payment providers process the payment information submitted through checkout. We receive transaction information needed to confirm payments, manage orders, and handle refunds. Please do not send payment credentials to our support email.

When you provide another person's delivery details, you must have permission to use those details for the order.

Order and payment records are retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax requirements, fraud prevention, and legal claims. Support records are retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain necessary service records. Account information is retained while the account is active and as needed for lawful recordkeeping afterward. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer reasonably identifiable, subject to lawful retention obligations.

We respond within the periods required by applicable law, explain any lawful denial, and provide an available appeal process. To appeal, reply to the decision email with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
