These Terms govern use of our website and related services. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent an agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options. We will not increase an accepted order's price or make a material substitution without your agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the affected payment.

We may update these Terms for future use of the website. The revised date appears above, and additional notice will be provided where required. An update does not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The Terms of Purchase govern purchase-specific matters, while the Shipping Policy and Return Policy provide the detailed delivery and after-sales procedures. Mandatory legal rights take precedence in all cases.
